Instagram Launch

Launched Instagram accounts for three rental properties in Colorado.

The Inn at Silvercreek, Twin Rivers and Pines at MeadowRidge.

Blogging

With the update of our website I wrote five blog posts and will continue posting. Our website’s main target audience is potential partners which are generally a Board of Directors of owners at either a timeshare or whole owned property/association.

Newsletters & E-Blasts

Associations: Each of the 28 associations that we manage have either bi-annual or quarterly newsletters that I compile, edit and send via Constant Contact. I also curate and send email blasts and notices. Most content is created by board members and the on-site manager. Contact me for example content.

Internal: I began an internal newsletter for the operations team of Alderwood and GetAways Resort Management that is sent on a quarterly basis. Some content is created by upper management but most I create myself. Click here for an example.*

Online Review Monitoring and Response

I monitor and respond to online reviews with the help of property managers for every resort property. Each response is curated for the unique review and posted within a week of the review being posted. Sites include TripAdvisor, Google, Yelp, Facebook and Booking.com.

These reviews are accumulated into an online database called Review Push where I also generate and distribute reports.

I also update these websites with new information, photos and specials on a regular basis.

Event Planning and Management

Employee Holiday Party 2019
I planned and executed the annual holiday party for approximately 50 employees.
I planned the following elements:
– Venue
– Food
– Decor
– Ugly Sweater Contest & Prize Baskets
– Entertainment

Annual Homeowner Meetings
I aided in the planning and execution of three annual homeowners meetings which included food ordering and pickup, check-in and information distribution.
