Day 4: What You Ate Today
I guess I’ll start with the earliest food consumption and go from there. I’d also like to mention that it is St. Patrick’s Day and I was in Boulder with a friend living the college life again.
So I had some mozzarella sticks and cheesy fries at like 12:30 last night and that’s technically today so that’s snack #1 for the day. They were delicious by the way.
For breakfast, I had some classic Captain Crunch cereal which was also pretty delicious. It’s been a while since I’ve had them and was definitely a childhood thing.
I didn’t really have lunch because I woke up late but on my drive home from Boulder I had a passion tea lemonade with raspberry sweetener (I highly recommend) and a snack bag of Cheez-Its.
I stopped at Taco Bell and had two soft tacos before I headed over Berthoud pass on the last stretch home. That I would consider my dinner. Not healthy, but it was convenient and oh so good.
For an evening snack, I had an English muffin with peanut butter and a large glass of milk.
I might have some cookies later, not sure yet. I still have Girl Scout cookies.
I normally eat way healthier than this I promise but today was an exception.
